Embark on a journey to one of the best Hunan Fusions as the Summer Palace reopens with a new cuisine introduced by Chef James and his team. Summer Palace is the Signature Chinese Restaurant at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Hunan food is known for its hot, sour, and salty flavored combo. The heavy use of a dry chili pepper mix, vinegar, shallots, and garlic gives this cuisine a depth of flavor and heat that is unmatched in other Chinese styles of cooking. We are thrilled to announce that we're reopening our doors on 18 May 2024. We missed serving our patrons and couldn't wait to welcome everyone back.
