A proactive personality leader Chef Zulkifli, the senior Executive Sous Chef at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel major in Western Cuisine starting out his career as a steward at Micasa All Suit Hotel back in year 1997. A young man with his passion, love and determination in cooking has brought him from foundation until been offered as Senior Sous Chef at Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa for 5 years. Hotelier journey brings shine for his career from one place to another including handled over 2 banquet Halls "450 + 350 covers", 10 meeting rooms "50 covers each", Roselle ADD 300 covers, Horizon Deck outlet "250 covers" for the pre-opening of Lexis Hibiscus, Port Dickson and 2 years after later on at Double Tree Resort, Penang with the same position as Executive Sous Chef. He then when for 4 months task force at Maldives, Congrad Ranggali Island. Always become a flexible leader, his cooking philosophy has earned himself to be part of Marriott International Team till today.

Chai Chuan Suing or known as Chef James came from humble beginnings. His always loved the culinary arts, a talent his inherited from his parents who is a well cooked in Hakka & Teow Chew cuisines. So armed with determination and passion, he went on travelling to gain more experience and he then expertly merges the traditional Chinese cuisines with Italian ingredients such caviar, truffle and foie gras and French styling to create modern global cuisine in signature presentation. Little did he know, it went widely accepted, practiced and has now been termed as modern Chinese cuisine. When years goes by, Chef James, the Executive of Chinese Chef at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel  believe that being a good leader, he must maintain a positive energy, proactive attitude, approachable, accountable and even he felt blessed to his parents who made him to remember where he came from, is part of where he's going and can be proud of.
